Sorry for a long delay. Does it work properly if you set 'follow_redirects' option to false?

Fixed this in If PUT request ends up with a redirect when 'follow_redirects' is on, it will fail. If, however, no redirect happens the body will be sent properly. Digest auth won't work for PUT, obviosly.
