Description: ------------ TimeZone.php function inDaylightTime fails. I'm running an app called phpWebSite. Calls into inDaylightTime are failing probably due to the environment variable "TZ" on Server 2003 and PHP 4.3.3 and greater. The app fails with a cgi error on an otherwise blank page.

Well, this bug should be set bogus as it is already reported in the old bug system. I do not want to move all comments here :). This issue will be fixed in a future majore release. See my comments on pierre

This should not be considered bogus as with newer apache/php versions (apache 2.0.54/55 and php5.1rc3/51rc4-dev), on windows this functions makes Apache crash every single time.
